On November 9, 2017, Shanxi Huazhen Automobile Filtration System Co., Ltd. Was build. It is a joint venture between Hebei Yili Group Huazhen Autoparts Company (Wholly-owned subsidiaries of  Shacman Group ). The main business includes air filters, oil filters, fuel filters, rotomoulding fuel tanks, water tanks, urea tanks, injection blow molding components and SCR systems etc. The establishment of the joint venture will surely further to promote the depth and extensive cooperation between both parties and will surely lay a solid foundation for Yili Group’s Development. 
On November 26, 2017, the first board of directors of the second session of Shanxi Huazhen Automobile Filtration System Co., Ltd. was held successfully and passed the relevant resolutions of the board of directors. This will be an important milestone for the development of Yili Group.
